Warranty, Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains the warranty, return, repair, replacement and refund terms applicable to products purchased through
shop.zenithrollers.com.
Thank you for purchasing from Zenith Rollers Private Limited
We manufacture and supply offset printing rollers and related products. As our products are manufactured specifically for printing applications and may be subject to installation, machine settings, operating conditions, and normal wear and tear, our return, repair, replacement, and refund policy is subject to the terms below.
Zenith Rollers Private Limited provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase mentioned on the original invoice for eligible rollers purchased directly from us or through our authorized sales channels.
During the warranty period, if a roller is found to have a manufacturing defect attributable to Zenith Rollers Private Limited, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the roller; or
- Replace the roller with a new or equivalent roller.
The decision regarding repair or replacement will be made after inspection and verification of the product.
Important
The warranty does not automatically mean that every roller returned within one year will be repaired or replaced. The returned roller must first be inspected and verified to determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty.
To claim warranty service, the customer must provide:
- A copy of the original purchase invoice, and
- The physical roller being claimed under warranty.
The invoice is required to verify:
- Date of purchase
- Invoice number
- Product details
- Customer details
- Seller/supplier details
- That the roller was manufactured and/or supplied by Zenith Rollers Private Limited
We may refuse a warranty claim if the customer is unable to provide sufficient proof of purchase or if we are unable to verify that the roller was supplied by Zenith Rollers Private Limited.
Because rollers supplied by different manufacturers may look similar, physical inspection of the roller may be required before approving a warranty claim.
Zenith Rollers Private Limited may examine the returned roller for identifying marks, dimensions, construction, materials, manufacturing characteristics, serial/batch information, or other details necessary to establish that the product originated from our factory.
If the roller cannot be identified as a product manufactured or supplied by Zenith Rollers Private Limited, the warranty claim may be rejected.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at:
Email: ecom@zenithrollers.com
Phone: +91 81781 36992
Please provide:
- Invoice copy
- Invoice number, if available
- Date of purchase
- Product/roller details
- Description of the problem or defect
- Photographs/videos of the roller, where requested
Our team may provide further instructions regarding inspection, packing, and transportation of the roller.
Please do not send the roller to us without first contacting our team and receiving return instructions.
After receiving the roller, our technical team may inspect and test it.
The warranty claim may be approved if the inspection establishes that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect covered by this policy.
If the problem is determined to be caused by factors outside our manufacturing responsibility, the claim may be rejected.
We will communicate the outcome of the inspection to the customer.
The warranty does not normally cover damage, failure, or deterioration resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Incorrect machine settings
- Incorrect roller pressure or nip settings
- Improper storage or handling
- Physical damage caused during transportation after delivery to the customer
- Accidents, impact, or misuse
- Use outside the intended application
- Use with incompatible chemicals, inks, solvents, or cleaning materials
- Improper cleaning or maintenance
- Modification, alteration, machining, or repair by a third party
- Damage caused by the printing machine or other equipment
- Operating conditions beyond recommended specifications
- Fire, flood, natural disaster, or other force-majeure events
- Any other damage not attributable to a manufacturing defect
The determination of whether a defect is covered by the warranty will be made following inspection of the product.
Because offset rollers are specialized industrial products, general “change of mind” or preference-based returns are not accepted after delivery unless specifically agreed to by Zenith Rollers Private Limited.
A return may be considered in cases such as:
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product supplied by us
- Product damaged before or during delivery, subject to appropriate evidence
- Other circumstances specifically approved by Zenith Rollers Private Limited
Where a return is approved, we may provide instructions for returning the product.
Where a roller is manufactured according to customer-specific dimensions, specifications, machine requirements, drawings, samples, or other customized requirements, cancellation or return may not be permitted once manufacturing has commenced.
However, this restriction does not affect any applicable warranty rights relating to manufacturing defects.
If a warranty claim is approved, Zenith Rollers Private Limited may choose to:
Repair: Repair the defective roller and return it to the customer; or
Replace: Replace the defective roller with a new or equivalent product.
The choice between repair and replacement will depend on the nature of the defect, technical feasibility, product availability, and other relevant circumstances.
A replacement product will carry the remaining portion of the original warranty period unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically communicated by us.
Our primary remedy for an approved warranty claim is repair or replacement.
A refund is not automatically available simply because a product is returned or a warranty claim is submitted.
Where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible, Zenith Rollers Private Limited may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, provide an appropriate refund or other remedy.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be made using the original payment method or through another mutually agreed method.
Customers must follow our instructions regarding transportation and packing of rollers submitted for warranty inspection.
Where a warranty claim is accepted as a manufacturing defect, Zenith Rollers Private Limited may, depending on the circumstances and our applicable process, bear or reimburse reasonable transportation costs associated with the approved warranty service.
Where a claim is rejected because the issue is not covered by the warranty, transportation and other associated costs may be payable by the customer.
The applicable transportation arrangement and responsibility will be communicated to the customer on a case-by-case basis.
Customers should ensure that rollers returned for inspection are properly packed to prevent further damage during transportation.
We are not responsible for additional damage caused by inadequate packaging by the customer or by transportation arranged by the customer.
Where a refund has been approved, the expected processing time will depend on the payment method, banking system, payment gateway, and other external factors.
We will initiate the refund within a reasonable period after the refund has been approved.
If an approved replacement product is temporarily unavailable, we may:
- Manufacture the replacement product;
- Offer an equivalent product where technically appropriate; or
- Provide another mutually agreed remedy.
The expected timeline will depend on the product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in relation to a defective product will be limited to the remedies provided under this Return, Refund & Warranty Policy, including repair, replacement, or an applicable refund.
We will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a product, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
We reserve the right to reject claims where:
- The invoice is forged, altered, or otherwise invalid;
- The product cannot be verified as having been manufactured or supplied by Zenith Rollers Private Limited;
- The product identification has been removed, altered, or tampered with;
- Material information regarding the product or defect has been misrepresented; or
- The claim otherwise appears fraudulent or abusive.
This Return, Refund & Warranty Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
